GF Hamburger from Grill’d

GF Cheeseburger from Grill’d Burgers

Gluten-intolerant people rejoice !  Grill’d burger joints make excellent gluten free hamburgers.   The buns are tasty & crispy … instead of soggy.  They also are a healthier as they use lean mince.

It was so exciting to be able to eat a good tasty gluten-free burger, I must confess I went two days in a row!

About Soul Kitchen Blog

Welcome to Soul Kitchen Blog. Sure food ultimately is fuel for the body but made with love is so much more and truly nourishes the soul. As cliche as it sounds, life really is too short to eat bad food and drink bad wine. I have a passion for cooking and a love of good food. I am committed to my quest of searching for fabulous recipes that just so happen to be gluten free. In recent years I discovered that I have intolerance to gluten and whilst its changed my eating habits somewhat, I refuse to allow it to limit my choices to eat well or make those that I cook for feel that they are missing out on anything. My mandate is simple... Feed the body and nourish the soul. I look forward to sharing my journey with you ....

  1. Yay!! I can only pray other hamburger joints follow suit. I’m not gluten-free, but somehow I think this would be a healthier choice when my family wants burgers:)

    • I know, let us hope more come on board. I have found another place recently too – though aren’t as good as Grill’d – but at least it is good to know more are making an effort. As for the healthier choice for your family, just beware as E (my partner) seems to think this means we can have them all the time now 🙂 You give some people an inch …..

Love the post and it is great to see that restaurants are listening to consumer’s needs. We would love to chat with you about a client we’re currently working with who has a dedicated gluten free menu. If you would be keen to get in touch, please feel free to drop me a line.

Thanks so much, look forward to hearing from you!
