My new favourite place in Sydney for breakfast is Baffi & Mo in Redfern. I should warn you though, it is like striking gold getting a table here during the weekend, so I tend to make my visits on weekdays when possible.
My favourite dish is the ‘potato hash with smoked salmon’ – and Chef kindly makes it gluten-free for me by using a different flour on the deliciously crispy hash potato.
The potato hash sits on a bed of lightly dressed rocket leaves and comes topped with smoked salmon, perfectly cooked poached egg and asparagus spears.
Oh … the house made berry jam is a cracker ! delicious with gluten-free toast.
